Steve Eastman Award Info:

This annual award will be voted to a volunteer (not limited to FOTR members) who exemplifies the volunteering spirit so ably demonstrated by Steve Eastman during his lifetime.

To qualify for the award the prospective recipient shall have:

  • Shown a selfless commitment to the Friends of Tuckerman
  • Exhibit a love for the ravine, the mountain, the backcountry experience and the environment in general
  • Demonstrate character which exemplifies integrity, perseverance, creativity and teamwork.
