Tom Eastman   Tom Eastman, 51, of Center Conway, N.H., is an award-winning member of the Eastern Ski Writers Association/North American Snowsports Journalists Association and a reporter for the Conway Daily Sun of North Conway, N.H. He is a 1979 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he studied under his Pulitzer Prize-winning mentor, Prof. Donald Murray. During and after college Eastman and his late older brother, Steve, together ran The Mountain Ear weekly newspaper of Conway, N.H., before selling the paper in March 2005.
