Josh Herman Memorial Fund
Ski Barn and their employees all
pitched together and collected $1700.00 and donated it to Friends of
Tuckerman Ravine Organization in his memory! These funds were used to
kick off our Trail Adoption program and supply the volunteers with trail
lunches and a Trail Crew T-shirt.
Anyone wishing to donate to Josh's
Fund can do so by calling us at
(603) 367-4321 or using the Fund
Contributions form.
Josh Herman was a man who lived his life
with an abundance of laughter, sweetness and optimism. His three greatest
passions were his family, cars and skiing. Josh started skiing when he was
only about 6 years old. He learned everything he knew from his father,
Howard, who passed his love of skiing to his son. Together, along with
Josh's sister, they spent countless seasons joyfully skiing together and
with friends. Josh's love of skiing brought him to Ski Barn, where he loved
working and became part of the family there.
Josh kept every lift ticket he ever had and kept track of how many days and
vertical feet he skied each season. There was never a day too cold, too warm
or too wet to keep Josh from the slopes. Josh cherished the days he spent
skiing with his family, friends and most of all his two children.
There could be no greater tribute to Josh than this recognition from Friends
of Tuckerman Ravine.
